The six Source portals have been created with funding from the East Midlands Centre of Excellence to help bring suppliers and local authority buyers together. One of the key objectives is to make it easier for organisations, particularly Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME), to find out about potential contracts opportunities with local authorities.
