Description

Procurement Lincolnshire, on behalf of all District, City and Borough Councils in Lincolnshire, are seeking expressions of interest from suitable contractors interested in being invited to submit a Tender for their Measured term Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Contracts. Orders under these contracts will be capped at 10,000GBP. A single contractor will be appointed for each lot. Initially East Lindsey District and Boston Borough Councils will be participating. Other Councils may use the contract to appoint a contractor for their individual needs if and when they have a requirement. Contracts will be awarded in geographical lots. Lot 1 (South) Boston Borough Council,South Holland, South Kesteven Lot 2 (Central)City of Lincoln and North Kesteven District Councils. Lot 3 (North) East Lindsey and West Lindsey District Councils. When expressing an interest please indicate whether you are interested in Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 or whatever combination of the 3 lots. The contracts will initially be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. The contracting authorities considers that these contracts may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, selection of contractors to be invited to tender will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement in the PQQ document. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. TUPE conditions may apply to any contracts formed under this notice.

Other information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
