Description

ESPO, on behalf of Procurement Lincolnshire, (a procurement
service led by Lincolnshire County Council for itself and the named 7 District and Borough Councils participating - Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey, Lincoln City, North Kesteven,
South Kesteven, South Holland and West Lindsey District Councils) wishes to establish a Print & Design Services Framework. Procurement Lincolnshire have specifically established ‘Lincs2Print’ as the brand identity for this framework. The framework will be divided into the following lots:
Lot 1 – Litho Print,
Lot 2 – Digital Print,
Lot 3 – Document Solutions,
Lot 4 - Exhibition Large Format Printing/Specialist,
Lot 5 - Core (Stationery, repeat print) and
Lot 6 - Design.

One framework will be established containing the above lots and it is anticipated that 4 – 6 suppliers will be appointed for each lot. Tenderers are invited to bid for one, some or all lots. The framework will commence 1 February 2012 and will run for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend thereafter for up to a further 2 years. Whilst principally for use by Lincolnshire County Council the framework will be made available to the above mentioned County, District and Borough Councils, as well as within Lincolnshire, other Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments i.e. all schools in Lincolnshire although Lincoln College, Bishop Grostesse and the University of Lincoln
have specifically expressed an interest in using the resultant framework; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Central
